Andre Gomes is replaced by Rafinha in Barcelona’s midfield against an Atletico Madrid side, boosted by the returns of Jan Oblak and Diego Godin.
Gomes has come under mounting scrutiny for a spate of poor performances in Barca’s engine room, and his place is taken by Rafinha, who switches to the right in order to accommodate for Andres Iniesta.
Sergio Busquets is also back in front of the defence, although Jeremy Mathieu’s inclusion at left-back signals a possible change to a 3-4-3 formation.
Atleti, meanwhile, make two straight swaps as Miguel Moya and Josema Gimenez make way for Oblak and Godin, Los Colchoneros having failed to keep a clean sheet in their three games without the latter.
