Holders Barcelona will face Atletico Madrid in the Copa del Rey semi finals, while Celta Vigo's reward for beating Real Madrid is a clash with Alaves.

Barca's 6-2 aggregate win over Real Sociedad ensured they sealed their 10th Copa del Rey semi final spot in eleven seasons and will aim to win the competition for the third season in succession.

They face a two-legged semi final against Atletico Madrid, who's 5-2 aggregate win over Eibar ensured their first appearance in the last four since their 2014 semi final defeat to Real Madrid – Diego Simeone's men last won the competition in 2013.

Celta Vigo qualified for the last four for the second successive season and will meet Alaves, who dispensed of Segunda side Alcorcon in the quarter finals.

The first leg fixtures at Celta's Balaidos and Atletico's Vicente Calderon will be played on Tuesday 1st February, with the return legs coming a week later on Tuesday 8th February.
