Vidal’s Sevilla return back on?

Sevilla have reopened their interest in Barcelona full-back Aleix Vidal, with a loan return to Estadio Sanchez Pizjuan reported in Spain.

Estadio Deportivo state a deal – which will initially be until the end of the season with an option to buy in summer – is the priority for Los Rojiblancos this winter after confirming the signings of Clément Lenglet and Stevan Jovetic.

The report also suggests that Sevilla are willing to move a number of players on who are not in manager Jorge Sampaoli’s plans, with Benoit Tremoulinas, David Soria, Salvatore Sirigu and Hiroshi Kiyotake all made available for transfer.

However, Barca CEO Oscar Grau stated during a press conference as quoted by AS "if there are no exits, there are no incomings.”

"His (Vidal’s) lack of playing time is surprising but we count on him. That's why he signed him. Let's wait and see what happens because the grades are given at the end of the season. "

The Catalans have repeatedly been linked with a move for Shakhtar Donestk full-back Darijo Srna on a temporary deal, with Valencia’s Joao Cancelo seen as a long-term option at right-back.
