Eusebio not thinking of top 4

Real Sociedad boss Eusebio Sacristan has refused to be drawn into talk of his side qualifying for next season's Champions League.

A win over Deportivo La Coruna on Monday night would take La Real into fourth and only two points behind champions Barcelona but the 52-year-old is not getting carried away with recent results and has insisted he is approaching things game-by-game.

"It is clear that La Liga is very close, very competitive and we have to approach each game with caution," Eusebio explained to reporters ahead of Monday's game.

"Things are going well for us and that is nice, we have to maintain that momentum because in one or two games the situation can change.

"Deportivo are a good team who are not getting good results but that makes them even more dangerous as they are desperate to turn their form around so we must be at our maximum level."

Depor have slipped into the relegation zone following Sporting Gijon's victory over Osasuna on Saturday, but a victory on Monday night would take them to 16th.
