Marlos Moreno survived a serious injury scare after a freakish slip during Deportivo La Coruna’s 1-1 draw with Granada in La Liga on Saturday.
Moreno appeared to be in some distress when he took an awkward tumble to the ground just before an hour at Los Carmenes, before being stretchered off for Ryan Babel.
However, fears of ankle damage were quickly allayed as Depor confirmed after the game that the Manchester City loanee only sustained a sprain.
The attacker, 20, has yet to score in seven appearances for the Galicians since arriving on a season-long loan over the summer.
