Luka Modric has confessed that Real Madrid's priority this season is to win the league title for the first time in five seasons.
Speaking after he renewed his contract until 2020 with Los Blancos, he confirmed that he would dearly love to win the first La Liga title of his career after joining the club in 2012.
"I have won everything but La Liga since I came here – I am only missing that and hope to win it this year," Modric said at his press conference.
"I can only say our priority is to win La Liga this year because for a club like Real Madrid, not winning La Liga for four years is too long."
