Poyet: ‘I’m sick of decisions against us’

Gus Poyet lashed out at the officials in LaLiga after his side had a goal wrongly disallowed against Sevilla in Tuesday night's derby.

Alex Alegria's strike – two minutes after Gabriel Mercado's header had given the hosts the lead – had looked to level the game before the linesman incorrectly raised his flag for offside.

"I'm already tired of the mistakes against us after only five games," fumed the Uruguayan after the game.

"I can't say anything or they'll ban me, so I hope you'll say something.

"In a game like this the differences are small, just details. When a play is difficult to be judged I'm on the referee's side but when this is evident, I cannot support him.

"Stop talking nonsense and report on what happened tonight – twice there was fighting on the pitch and a decision that determined the game,

"I want to hear an explanation, it was so evident I want to know why this was given.

"Last week I heard an apology about the Deportivo game, but this is now in two or three of our matches already."
