Silva back after heart problems

Lucas Silva has announced he will be back at Real Madrid's training ground tomorrow after scares over his heart condition.

Concerns over Silva's heart arrhythmia began when a proposed loan move to Sporting CP collapsed in June when he failed the endurance part of his medical test, the part which places the most strain on the heart.

Medical staff then advised the Brazilian midfielder not to take part in any full training until the extent of the problem was detected, with fears that he would have to prematurely retire.

"After a month of hard work I'm really happy to be starting training tomorrow in Valdebebas; I'm really excited," tweeted the 22-year-old as he revealed the good news.

It is now thought that after Silva recovering full match fitness and getting back into shape, he will be loaned out in the January transfer window as there are no non-EU places left in the Madrid squad for the midfielder who joined the club for 14 million euros in 2015.
