Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane has told reporters that he wants to play Cristiano Ronaldo for 90 minutes against Sporting CP.
Ronaldo played for an hour against Osasuna at the weekend – his first match since his knee injury in the Euro 2016 final against France in July.
"He is ready to play and we want him to be involved as much as possible," said Zidane in his pre-match press conference.
"The idea is to play him for 90 minutes, we have no concerns but we are also adaptable.
"It will be a special match for Ronaldo (against his former club), that is natural."
