Neymar and his father have revealed that they are “very happy” about agreeing a contract extension with Barcelona.
Barca President Josep Maria Bartomeu announced on Thursday that Neymar would be signing a renewal in the next few days, and the player himself has since corroborated the words of his employers.
“Very happy to continue living this dream! Visca Barca and Visca Catalonia!” the Brazilian forward wrote on his official Instagram account.
Neymar Sr added via a statement from NN Consultoria: “We’re following through a second stage of Neymar Jr [at Barca]. We’re very happy with the decision of Neymar Jr and the Catalan club.”
