Dani Alves has passed a medical at Juventus ahead of his proposed Bosman move from Barcelona, the Italian club have confirmed.
Alves’ arrival in Turin was confirmed in a statement on Juve’s official website as the right-back will sign a two-year contract worth a reported €3.5m per season on Monday aftertnoon.
The 33-year-old touched down in northern Italy at 19:30 BST on Sunday before his medical the following the morning, where he was greeted by fans and local media.
Alves, whose agreement has the option for a third year, will become Juve’s second summer signing after Miralem Pjanic.
