Raphael Varane’s thigh injury makes him Madrid’s only absentee, so it’s Keylor Navas in goal, with Pepe partnering Sergio Ramos in central defence and Dani Carvajal and Marcelo in the full-back positions.
Casemiro anchors Toni Kroos and Luka Modric in the middle of the park, and in front of them are the ‘BBC’ of Gareth Bale, Karim Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo, the latter of whom has shaken off a training-ground clash with Kiko Casilla in time for the match.
