Espanyol are interested in signing Mario Balotelli, the Liverpool forward on loan at Milan, reports claim.
Sport cite RAC1 as saying the Catalans are considering the Italy international for next year and would pay his wages but would want the Reds to terminate Balotelli’s contract first.
It’s suggested that a move for Balotelli would be the start of the ‘new era’ at Cornella-El Prat, under the ownership of Chinese businessman Chen Yansheng.
