Alvaro Morata gets the nod too against Italy with Juan Mata completing the attacking three preferred by Vicente Del Bosque.

David De Gea starts in goal as he looks to usurp captain Iker Casillas at Euro 2016 behind a back four of Juanfran, Gerard Pique, Sergio Ramos and Cesar Azpilicueta.

Azpi’s Chelsea teammate Cesc Fabregas is in midfield with Thiago Alcantara and Aduriz’s Athletic colleague Mikel San Jose.

Outgoing Italy Coach Antonio Conte goes with a 3-4-3 formation, as had been predicted by the Press on the peninsula.

Gianluigi Buffon is in goal behind a back three of Davide Astori, Leonardo Bonucci and Matteo Darmian, the latter usually a right-back.
