Neymar’s Barcelona renewal could be close amid reports the Brazil forward has signed a ‘letter of intent.’
AS cites Cadena Cope as reporting Neymar has signed what amounts to a pre-contract, though it isn’t legally binding.
But it is being taken as a sign Neymar does want to remain at Camp Nou, after reports he could emulate Luis Figo and join Real Madrid.
The letter of intent would form the basis of Neymar’s new Barca contract, which in turn would tie him to Barca until 2021 on a significantly higher wage.
