Sevilla are looking into other options after being dissuaded from going for Eibar’s Keko by the price tag placed on the winger.
Estadio Deportivo reports Sevilla will sign a player for the right wing before the transfer window closes on February 1, but don’t want to pay the €7m release clause for Keko, and Eibar initially wanted €10m.
Keko has reportedly told his club he would like to move to Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan but it’s possible Sevilla have given up on the 24-year-old, with other options being mooted.
Andy Najar, the Honduras international on the books at Anderlecht, it touted but would still cost more than €5m.
Estadio Deportivo also cites reports from Turkey that say Sevilla are keen on FC Twente’s Ziyech Hakim, but he would cost between €8m and €10m.
