Schuster, who represented Barca, Madrid and Atletico Madrid as a player and Los Blancos as a Coach, was speaking as the Clasico clubs dominated the LFP Awards for 2014-15.
“Barca need to keep an eye open because last year Madrid started the season well, and then….” he pointed out.
Schuster was also asked for his thoughts on this year’s Ballon d’Or, which will see Lionel Messi, Neymar and Cristiano Ronaldo compete for the prize.
“Messi will win the Ballon d’Or and Neymar will be second, without a doubt,” he predicted.
