Marcelo, Navas to miss Sevilla

Real Madrid will be without Marcelo and Keylor Navas when they go to Sevilla on Sunday but both should be fit for the Clasico against Barcelona.

Brazil international Marcelo was injured in Tuesday’s win over Paris Saint-Germain and replaced by Nacho, who went on to score the only goal of the game.

Nacho is expected by AS to deputise again at Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan as Marcelo recovers from a strain to the thigh muscle of his left leg.

Marcelo should though return in time to be involved when Barca visit Santiago Bernabeu on November 21, after the international break.

Navas, meanwhile, will be replaced by Kiko Casilla as Marca reports an abductor injury to the Costa Rican’s right leg isn’t clearing up.

Madrid don’t want to risk Navas against Los Rojiblancos out of fear of making the matter worse, and he’ll be rested with a view to returning against La Blaugrana.
