Three decisive games for Nuno?

It’s reported by Super Deporte that while Nuno Santo isn’t on the brink of losing his post at Valencia, the next three games will be decisive.

Los Che’s next two games, both at home, against Malaga in La Liga and Gent in the Champions League are described as ‘non-negotiable’ wins for the under-fire trainer.

The third of the three games sees Valencia travel to Vicente Calderon to play Atletico Madrid and it’s felt that there will be a lot learned about the club in that fixture.

It’s suggested that as much as results, which have been a concern, Nuno has to improve the ‘dynamic’ of the team, as the owners have placed a great deal of confidence in him and want to see it repaid.

Also noted is that at this point last season, Nuno’s Valencia was ‘exciting’ the fans and that isn’t the case now, and while Nuno hasn’t been given an ultimatum, he and the team are being assessed over the next few weeks.
