Hector Moreno’s move from Espanyol to PSV Eindhoven has broken down, although the Dutch club could return for the centre-back.
Sport cites reports from the Netherlands, specifically De Telegraaf, that quote PSV sporting director Marcel Brands as confirming there’s no agreement for Moreno with Los Periquitos.
“Right now [talks] have stopped, but you never know what can happen,” Brands said.
Sport add that the clubs have been unable to agree on a fee for the Mexico international, and that has led to the move’s collapse.
