Perez ready to convince Ramos?

Florentino Perez will reportedly do all he can to convince Sergio Ramos into staying at Real Madrid during the club’s pre-season tour of China.

According to the Alibaba group, as cited by Marca, the pair publicly greeted each other and shook hands in front of the staff at the W Hotel in Guangzhou.

Ramos then joined up with Los Blancos’ vice-captains Marcelo, Pepe and Cristiano Ronaldo for a photo in aid of the club opening a new online store for the Chinese market.

At the end of the ceremony, Perez was spotted making his way to Ramos, when he again shook his hand, this time more warmly, and briefly spoke to him, before the pair split up.

Marca claims the President and defender will discuss the latters future on either Sunday or Monday, with the 68-year-old prioritising the issue of keeping the Spain international from Manchester United’s clutches.
