Valencia have confirmed they have signed Danilo Barbosa on an initial season-long loan from Portuguese side Braga.
As part of the deal, Los Che will have the option to sign the young Brazilian defensive midfielder on a permanent basis next summer.
“I am very happy to arrive at this great club, to see the stadium,” 19-year-old Barbosa told Valencia’s official website.
“It’s a moment of much happiness for me to face up to this challenge. Valencia is a team with a lot of history and I want to be a part of that. I will give everything for this shirt.”
