Juve: No Pogba deal agreed

Juventus CEO Beppe Marotta insists no deal has been done regarding the sale of Paul Pogba to Barcelona.

Talks took place between the two clubs yesterday in Italy, with reports emerging that the Italian champions had agreed to let their prized asset join the Catalan giants next summer.

However, the Bianconeri official has moved to deny this, revealing that though Barca had made an official offer of €80m for the player, no agreement had been reached.

“The atmosphere of the meeting was very good, but we didn’t reach any agreement with Barca for Pogba,” Marotta told reporters.

“We received an offer of €80m but I can say that Juve do not want to sell Pogba.”
