Manchester City have confirmed that striker Alvaro Negredo has left the club to join Valencia permanently.
The Spaniard fell out of favour at the Etihad Stadium and spent last season out on loan at the Mestalla.
The initial deal gave Valencia the option to buy, which they duly accepted, and as of today the 29-year-old is officially a Los Che player.
