Report: Bacca agrees Milan move

Milan have reportedly agreed terms with both Sevilla and Carlos Bacca for €30m. “He is very happy,” said his agent.

This evening the Colombia international’s agent confirmed to several sources that Bacca had a deal with the Rossoneri.

“I can confirm that Milan and the player reached an agreement,” representative Sergio Barila told MilanNews.it.

“Carlos chose what is best for his future, so it’s only natural he is happy.”

According to Sky Sport Italia, just a couple of hours later the two clubs also agreed terms for the €30m transfer, to be paid over several instalments.

CEO Adriano Galliani rushed to a meeting with Sevilla director of sport Monchi and they quickly reached a positive conclusion.

As Colombia went out of the Copa America last night on penalties against Argentina, 28-year-old Bacca is available to fly in for a medical.

It’s believed to be a five-year contract starting at €2.5m per season, rising to over €3m plus bonuses.
