Paris Saint-Germain will reportedly offer €25m for Atletico Madrid’s Turkey international midfielder Arda Turan.
AS cites stories from Turkey that say the French club have turned to Turan after deciding Angel Di Maria – reportedly a Barcelona target – was out of reach.
A concrete offer has yet to be made to Atletico and AS suggest the mooted bid would be rejected by the club, as Turan’s contract calls for a €41m release fee and Diego Simeone values the player too highly to willingly let him go.
Reports from Spain also quote Arda’s agent as saying the player wants to leave Vicente Calderon this summer – but only for the Premier League.
