Levante are considering an offer from a United States-based group to take control of the club for €50m.
AS cites a report from Cope that claims the unnamed group want to buy the shares of the Anys Cent foundation, which owns 70% of Les Granotes.
A meeting was held on Monday to discuss the situation while the board was informed of the offer on Friday.
Among those present were club President Quico Catalan, pictured above, and the President of the foundation, Jose Fuertes Manuel.
