Barcelona and Athletic Bilbao have avoided punishment over the jeering of the national anthem at the Copa del Rey final.
AS confirms the Anti-violence commission has decided not to sanction the clubs or the RFEF but have opened a file on the incident.
There are 12 groups under investigation and the commission has given Barca and Athletic five days to provide information as to what steps they took to prevent the booing of the anthem.
Barca and the federation could yet be punished for allowing flares and banners carrying provocative messages into Camp Nou.
