Rafa Benitez would be “delighted” to Coach Real Madrid one day, according to his agent Manuel Garcia Quilon.
The Napoli boss has emerged as one of the frontrunners to replace Carlo Ancelotti this summer, given that his contract with the Serie A side is due to expire, and the representative admitted a return to the Santiago Bernabeu would suit his client.
“For now, there’s nothing but widespread rumours,” he told Cuatro.
“Rafa was a player and coach at Madrid and doesn’t dislike anyone there.
“I’m not in his head but I imagine he’d be delighted to coach Real Madrid at a later date.
“[On whether there have been talks, Madrid] will call us if they want something.”
