Luis Enrique makes two changes to the Barcelona team that saw off Bayern Munich for the potentially title-winning trip to Atletico Madrid.

A Barca victory will give them an unassailable lead at the top of La Liga over Real Madrid, who face Espanyol at the same time.

Barca go into Week 37 with a four-point advantage on Los Blancos and if Madrid lose at Cornella-El Prat, the Catalans will be crowned champions regardless of their result at Vicente Calderon.

In an ironic twist, it was exactly a year ago that Atletico went to Camp Nou and drew with a Barca side led by Tata Martino to clinch the title.

Claudio Bravo returns to the Blaugrana XI after Marc-Andre Ter Stegen took the gloves in midweek and the defence features Dani Alves, Gerard Pique, Javier Mascherano and Jordi Alba.

Sergio Busquets, Andres Iniesta and Ivan Rakitic are deployed in midfield, while Lionel Messi and Neymar continue in attack but are joined by Pedro Rodriguez, Luis Suarez missing out after picking up a muscle injury in Munich.

Diego Simeone meanwhile restores Diego Godin to the centre of defence but it is in partnership with Jose Gimenez, not in place of, as Joao Miranda moves to the bench. The centre-backs are flanked by Juanfran and Guilherme Siqueira and Jan Oblak continues in goal.

Mario Suarez comes into midfield in place of the suspended Tiago, joining Gabi, Koke and Arda Turan.

And Fernando Torres joins Antoine Griezmann in attack for the hosts.
