Line-ups: Madrid-Valencia

Carlo Ancelotti makes three changes to the Real Madrid XI to play Valencia from the team beaten by Juventus in the Champions League semi-final first leg.

In come Alvaro Arbeloa, Fabio Coentrao and Javier Hernandez, with Dani Carvajal, Marcelo and Raphael Varane dropping out.

It means a change in formation with Sergio Ramos dropping back to partner Pepe in the centre of defence and a midfield three of Toni Kroos, James Rodriguez and Isco.

Hernandez joins Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale in attack, Bale and Ronaldo having operated as a front two in the 2-1 defeat to the Serie A champions.

There is no place for Karim Benzema despite it being rumoured the striker would be fit for the visit of Los Che.

Valencia Coach Nuno Santo makes one change from the side that dispatched Eibar, Pablo Piatti replacing Rodrigo de Paul.

That means Diego Alves continues in goal behind a back four of Antonio Barragan, Shkrodan Mustafi, Nico Otamdeni and mooted Madrid target Jose Luis Gaya, who signed a new contract on Friday.

Captain Dani Parejo is joined in midfield by Javi Fuego and Andre Gomes, while Sofiane Feghouli joins Piatti as support for Paco Alcacer.
