Javier Pastore believes Barcelona are now favourites to lift the Champions League trophy after they saw off his Paris Saint-Germain side on Tuesday.
The Catalans comfortably defeated the Ligue 1 outfit 2-0 at the Camp Nou in their Champions League quarter-final clash, going through 5-1 on aggregate, and the Argentine feels there may be no stopping them or two-goal Neymar in this season’s competition.
“Barca are the favourites to win the Champions League because they are capable of scoring against anyone,” Pastore told Canal Plus.
“They can go away from home and score at least twice while it is very difficult to win at the Camp Nou, so for me they are favourites.
“Neymar is the kind of player who always does the things he did tonight because he likes to dribble.
“We tried to get the ball off him but at any given moment he can give you a kick in the teeth.”
