Bartra ‘at Barca for life’

Marc Bartra has said he hopes that he spends the rest of his career at Barcelona, and discussed the Champions League and Paris Saint-Germain.

Bartra was speaking at an event in Barcelona, the Catalans having beaten PSG 3-1 in France in the first leg of their quarter-final encounter.

“I’ve been at Barca for 12 years, half my life, and I hope to be here for the rest of my life,” he said, Mundo Deportivo reports.

“Barca is a very big team and you always have to be at your maximum. You work every day without thinking beyond that, and at the end of the season hope to win a lot of trophies. We’ll see how it goes.

“We got a very good result [against PSG] and played very well, but it will be difficult as PSG has a very good team. It won’t be easy.”
