Eduardo Berizzo is expecting a “very attractive” match when Celta Vigo host Rayo Vallecano in La Liga on Saturday.
Both clubs are comfortably situated in mid-table, with Los Vallecanos leading the Galicians by two points and two places, and the Argentine believes their collective advocacy of attacking football will make the encounter at Balaidos a must-watch.
“We’re going to face a team who play with the ball well and are always prepared for their opponents,” the Coach said at a Press conference.
“Their intentions are similar to ours, so they’ll use the ball well and always look to score. It’ll be a very attractive game for spectators.
“[Augusto Fernandez’s knock] has progressed well but we have to be careful with him so he doesn’t suffer a relapse.
“His body needs a few more hours to pass, so we’ll assess his condition on Saturday.
“Each of our midfielders have different characteristics, but our idea of possession, passing and high pressure will continue, regardless of who plays.
“We continue to hold an advantage over the relegation zone and will approach Saturday’s match with positivity.”
