The British Press has claimed Real Madrid will this summer make a €90m offer to Manchester City for Sergio Aguero.
Mundo Deportivo cites reports from England that say City do not want to sell the former Atletico Madrid forward but Madrid hope to change their minds with the size of their approach.
Madrid also hope to tempt Aguero in to returning to Spain by giving him the opportunity to challenge for trophies such as the Champions League, a competition in which City have struggled to make an impact.
Los Blancos are said to want competition for Karim Benzema in the centre-forward role after the loan signing of Javier Hernandez failed to work out.
MD add that Aguero was close to moving to Santiago Bernabeu in 2011 but chose City so as to avoid a falling-out with Atletico.
