Milan eyeing Sevilla boss Emery?

Milan reportedly want Sevilla boss Unai Emery to lead their Asian revolution as Filippo Inzaghi's position looks increasingly untenable.

The Rossoneri have struggled under the leadership of their former striker this season, leaving owner Silvio Berlusconi to consider both the Coach's and his own position.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the 78-year-old is ready to sell up to either Chinese businessman Poe Here Ying Wangsuo or Thai tycoon Bee Taechaubol and has sounded out Emery as the man to see through this transition.

The newspaper adds that Berlusconi has been hugely impressed by the trainer's work at Sevilla, which culminated in last season's Europa League triumph, and will offer him carte blanche to restore the Diavolo's flagging fortunes.

Emery's contract at Sanchez Pizjuan expires at end of next season, meaning Milan could get the Coach without owing any compensation, but Sevilla President Jose Castro revealed earlier in the week that renewal talks were under way.
