Getafe have announced that Pablo Franco will continue as caretaker boss until the end of the season.
The 34-year-old was appointed interim Coach on February 25 after the resignation of Quique Sanchez Flores, and the former reserve team boss has now been handed the role in charge of the first team for the next two months.
The Madrid club are believed to have contacted a number of other coaches with a view to filling the vacancy since Flores’ departure but have now decided to stick with Franco, who will make his official debut when Real Sociedad visit the Coliseum Alfonso Perez on Monday night.
Javier Casquero will continue as Franco’s assistant, with Oscar Garcia as physical trainer and Emilio Lopez as goalkeeping Coach.
