Llorente to replace Bacca at Sevilla?

Sevilla are already making plans to replace Carlos Bacca if they receive an offer for the Colombian striker that is too good to refuse.

Bacca has been linked with a number of Europe’s top clubs this season, in particular Atletico Madrid, and if the Andalusians are unable to hang on to him they may turn their attention to Juventus’ Fernando Llorente.

According to TuttoSport, it is unclear whether the former Athletic Bilbao frontman will continue in Italy next season, while La Vecchia Signora could be willing to sell him in the summer if they can pocket around €15m for the 30-year-old.

It is understood that Paris Saint-Germain hitman Edinson Cavani is Juve’s top target, with Alvaro Morata and Carlos Tevez already assured of their places in the squad, and Llorente might find his place in the pecking order in Turin under threat.

However, the asking price could prove a major stumbling block for Sevilla, with interest in Llorente also being shown by Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur.

Meanwhile, Los Rojiblancos’ President Jose Castro has started negotiations to extend boss Unai Emery’s contract with the club, his current agreement due to expire in June 2016.
