‘Levante-Granada key but not definitive’

Granada Coach Abel Resino has acknowledged the importance of Monday night’s trip to Levante but insists it won’t decide anything.

Levante are second bottom of the Primera and Granada just one place higher as Week 24 comes to a close and Resino has spoken to reporters in advance of the fixture.

“We can’t change other results but we have to win because otherwise things will be very difficult,” he said, AS reports.

“It’s a crucial game for the future, but not definitive. It is very, very important. It’s key.

“We have to give everything in every second and with every shot because there’s not much time left and we have to make the most of it.

“It’s a key match and we have to be aware of this and that we have a lot at stake. From the Coach to everyone, we have to give 150%.

“Levante are a strong team in defence and attack, they play direct football and they handle the fight very well.”

Resino also noted that Ruben Rochina is fit but after lacking intensity in training, is unlikely to be involved.
