Valencia could be about to land PSV winger Zakaria Bakkali before the winter transfer market closes, according to Sky Sports.
The 19-year-old, who is of Moroccan descent and made his international debut for Belgium in a World Cup qualifier against Wales in October 2013, has refused a new contract at the Philips Stadion and has not made a first team appearance this season.
As a result, it is understood the Dutch outfit have agreed to sell him and Valencia are in pole position to secure his signature.
Last summer Bakkali was rumoured to be on the verge of a move to Atletico Madrid for a fee of around €2-3m only for it to fall through, while there has since been reported interest from Arsenal, Manchester United and Stoke City.
