Granada have appointed Abel Resino as their new Coach until the end of the season.
The 54-year-old returns to the club he saved from relegation on the last day of the 2011-12 campaign.
Resino was Granada’s unanimous first choice to replace Joaquin Caparros, who was sacked last week following a run of 14 games without a win in La Liga.
He took his first training session on Monday and will be presented to the media on Tuesday afternoon.
Resino, a former Spain goalkeeper, also has experience of managing Atletico Madrid and Celta Vigo in the Spanish top flight.
