Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has insisted that Bayern Munich are still in the running for Real Madrid target Martin Odegaard.
The Norwegian prodigy was reported to have agreed terms with Los Blancos, but the Bavarians’ patron denies this is the case, claiming the 16-year-old is set to make a decision on his future in the next few weeks.
“[Martin] Odegaard participated in few training sessions with us in December,” he told reporters.
“We’d like to have him at Bayern [Munich] because we think he’s an extraordinary talent. I think there’ll be a decision in the coming weeks.”
