Real Sociedad and Villarreal are competing for the signing of Arsenal’s Costa Rica forward Joel Campbell, reports claim.
Marca say the Yellow Submarine have identified Campbell as they seek more options in attack, particularly on the right wing.
Campbell has this season remained on the fringes with the Premier League club and could be given the chance to play at El Madrigal.
Real Sociedad are also in the frame and the Basques and the Gunners have already established relations from the transfer of Carlos Vela, Mundo Deportivo note.
Campbell has experience of La Liga, having played on loan at Real Betis in 2012-13.
