Andres Iniesta has advised Neymar to stay at Barcelona for the foreseeable future if he plans to realise his 'undoubted' potential.
The Brazilian will reportedly begin talks over a new contract soon, despite only joining from Santos last summer, and the midfielder feels the 22-year-old would be wrong to pursue a career elsewhere.
"I have no doubt about Neymar's talent," he maintained to reporters after a charity match on Friday.
"Barcelona's the ideal place for him to continue developing, and hopefully he'll keep on doing so because it'd be good for the team.
"Hopefully [Lionel] Messi will win the Ballon d'Or. It'd be a nice story because it's also an award which acknowledges the contributions of an entire team.
"You can always do things better. We didn't meet our objectives in 2014, neither did I on a personal level, but we'll try to meet them [in 2015] and keep improving."
