‘2014 unforgettable for Madrid’

Carlo Ancelotti hailed Real Madrid's 'amazing and unforgettable' year following their victory in the Club World Cup final on Saturday.

Los Blancos completed a quadruple sweep of trophies in 2014 thanks to their 2-0 win against San Lorenzo in Marrakech, and the Coach revelled in leading his side to successive titles during his first full year at the club.

"It's been amazing, unforgettable. We're pleased to end the year with this title but we must continue because the season doesn't end here," he told Telecinco after the match.

"We want the end of the season to be like 2014. It's a very good time for us, I'm very happy to be a part of the club and win the Champions League and Club World Cup in my first full year at Madrid.

"I must single out [Sergio] Ramos for his goals in the semi-finals, the final of the Champions League and this tournament too."
