Djukic happy with Levante point

Miroslav Djukic spoke of his contentment with Cordoba's 0-0 draw at home to Levante on Saturday. "In context of the game, it was a good point."

The new boys made it back-to-back matches without defeat following their latest stalemate, and the Coach, although slightly disappointed in light of last week's win at Athletic Bilbao, was nonetheless pleased with his players' attitude against the Valencians.

"We know it's little compared to the win in Bilbao, but in context of the game, it's a good point because the pitch was very heavy," he stated after the match.

"Levante were very physical and also put out two banks of four, with two defensive midfielders, so it was difficult to break them down.

"We always have our feet on the ground. We know [La Liga] is difficult, but we'll continue to fight. The team fought and gave everything [against Levante].

"We play with a lack of clarity at home, but away we're more comfortable, defend better and go out on the counter.

"We'll visit Camp Nou with all our guns on show. We have nothing to lose, we must remain calm and play our football.

"It'll be a good test for our defence, facing some of the best players in the world, but first we must think about the Copa against Granada."
