‘Competing with Barca trio tough’

Pedro Rodriguez has admitted that the competition at Barcelona is 'tough' but pledged to fight for his place.

The winger lost his place in the Catalans' first team to Luis Suarez, following the Uruguayan's return from a four-month suspension, but scored during La Blaugrana's 5-1 victory over Celta Vigo on Sunday.

"I have to take every opportunity I get," he told Barca TV.

"Competing with Messi, Neymar and Suarez is tough, but what I do is learn from them.

"I try to improve every day and help my teammates as much as I can. I've always had good friends at the club.

"Winning every game is the main objective. The match against Paris Saint-Germain will be very difficult, but we have the fans' support and momentum behind us."
