Pedro Leon ‘not scared’ of Getafe

Getafe winger Pedro Leon has declared that he is not frightened of what is going to happen to him at the club in the near future.

Leon has not played for the Madrid-based outfit all season after they opted not to register him in the squad for fear of exceeding the Spanish League’s (LFP) wage cap.

However, a Madrid court has ordered the LFP to grant him the necessary paperwork

“I’ve tried to talk with the President since the beginning of September,” the former Real Madrid man told a Press conference.

“On Thursday they are going to order that I receive a place in the squad and now it depends on Getafe.

“I’m not scared of the President, of Getafe, or of anyone. I have a contract that ends in 2016 and if they don’t want me to play I’ll be training here,” he stated.
