Real Madrid, Barcelona, Athletic Bilbao and Atletico Madrid have learnt the identity of the officials for their next Champions League games.
Italian referee Nicola Rizzoli has been appointed by UEFA to take charge of Madrid’s trip to Liverpool.
AS confirms Rizzoli will have the whistle, while Scottish official William Collum has been named for Barcelona’s game against Ajax.
Damir Skomina will oversee Athletic Bilbao’s game against Porto while Matej Jug of Slovenia has been appointed for Atletico Madrid’s game against Malmo.
Rizzoli was the referee for Germany’s World Cup final win over Argentina.
