Cristiano Ronaldo refused to answer a question posed by a Portuguese journalist at a Press conference on Monday night.
The Real Madrid star was facing gathered media before his country’s Euro 2016 qualifier against Denmark and claimed he did not know the CMTV television channel the young woman claimed to represent.
“CMTV? What’s that? Forget it, I’m not going to respond,” snapped Ronaldo, who was twice asked the same question by the woman involved.
The CMTV station is an established Portuguese news channel that in the past has apparently discredited the national team in some of its reporting, something CR7 presumably took exception to.
The former Manchester United player is understood to have similarly rebuffed attempts by the channel to get him to talk to them on other occasions.
